Our team—Gary and Rhys—completed the installation and pressure testing of this underfloor heating system in a new-build bungalow in Great Moulton, Norfolk. The system has been designed specifically as a low-temperature heating solution, making it the perfect partner for the air source heat pump we’ll be fitting in the coming weeks.
The pipes have been laid in a careful spiral pattern across the floor, secured to the insulation layer and ready for screeding. Each loop has been pressure tested to ensure there are no leaks before the floor is laid over the top—a crucial step that prevents costly problems later.


Underfloor heating systems run at much lower temperatures than traditional radiators—typically between 35°C and 45°C compared to 60°C or higher. That’s exactly what air source heat pumps in Norfolk are designed for.
