Our engineers are fully qualified to work on gas, LPG and oil boilers.

We are an approved installer for three leading UK boiler brands – Worcester Bosch, Baxi and Ideal – all of which enjoy the highest possible efficiency category – SEDBUK Band “A”. We can also install any other brand of boiler as per your selection. At EPH Services, we specialise in installing high efficiency condensing gas or oil boilers (mandatory since 1st April 2005) for any replacements or new installations. All installations are carried out to current regulations.

Condensing boilers use heat from exhaust gases that would normally be released into the atmosphere through the flue. To use this latent heat, the water vapour from the exhaust gas is turned into liquid condensate. Due to this process, a condensing boiler is able to extract more heat from the fuel it uses than a standard efficiency boiler. It also means that less heat is lost through the flue gases.
