The service

As part of the service, our engineers:

• Cleaned the internal gauze filter
• Recharged the expansion vessel
• Cleaned the external coil

The fault we found

During our checks we identified fault code AH-00 – “Tank disinfection function not completed correctly.” After further investigation, we discovered the immersion heater switch had burnt out, which was preventing the Legionnaires’ cycle from completing as intended. We replaced the faulty switch, and the system is now back up and running efficiently, ready for another year of reliable service.
